Tibetan Polaroids

 

I travelled in Tibet with a vintage Polaroid camera, interested in the image as a physical artefact that degrades over time — in a Buddhist land defined by impermanence.

 

Each photograph was offered as a gift to the people it portrayed.

The few that remain are treasured images.
